CASE PACKERS
A case packer is an automatic packaging machine used in end-of-line and secondary packaging to pack groups of products or bundles in carton boxes. This packaging machine manages the entire process by erecting the case, orienting and collating the products, inserting them into the carton boxes, and sealing the flaps with tape or hot-melt glue, preparing the load for transport and distribution.
A horizontal case packer, also known as a side-load case packer, loads products through the side of the case, while a vertical case packer, or top-load case packer, fills cases from above using pick-and-place systems, robotic arms, or gravity.
